Friendly staff, good coffee, but the tart bought was sub-par.

My SO and I decided to swing by the new Zarraffa's locale. The coffee was alright, not the best, however the citrus tart that we had ordered tasted like freezer burn. Needless to say that I am disappointed and won't be coming again.
